Appetizers

Tennessee Wraps: 18 for $24, 36 for $48, 72 for $94
Wonton wrappers wrapped around a blend of three cheeses and jalapenos.

Buffalo wings: 3lbs for $28, 6lbs for $54, 9lbs for $80
Served with a choice of medium, screamin’ hot, hickory or watermelon sauce.

Watermelon Meatballs: $10 per pound
1/2 oz., all-beef meatballs baked in our tangy watermelon sauce.

Guacamole Dip: – $8 per 12-oz. tub
Fresh Guacamole served with corn tortilla chips

Steak Bites – 4 ea for $40, 6 ea for $60, 8 ea for $78
Sauteed tenderloin with button mushrooms, garlic and red wine demi-glace

Salads

Roadhouse, Garden or Caesar Salad

  • 1/2 pan – serves 2-4: $16 (add 24oz. of Chicken $42, Tri-tip $46, or Salmon: $52)
  • Full pan – serves 8-10: $30 (add 48oz. of Chicken $78, Tri-tip $83, or Salmon: $88)
